Joseph’s Background
Before Joe entered real estate, he worked for a major cellular company, where he helped manage one of the busiest facilities in the U.S. He was involved in large-scale projects including managing equipment and services at MetLife Stadium, providing solutions during Hurricanes Irene and Sandy, and being on the front lines of implementing the latest technologies for public use.
Having a passion for problem-solving and fixing things, Joe started building computers at a very young age, and by the time he was 16, he opened a small repair business in Wayne.
These experiences have strengthened his ability to think quickly, communicate clearly, manage multiple problems at once, and come up with unique solutions. Those developed skills have translated well into real estate.

I’ve had two listings that recently made the news. One was a multi-family home in Garfield that sold for $126,000 over asking, and we were already priced rather close to it’s market value. I implemented a strategy that most agents do not, which allowed the seller to net tens of thousands more than if he used every other agent’s approach.

Even more recently, I listed a new construction property in Wayne NJ that was sold before completion. The builder created a fantastic home, but the fact we were able to get a price that was well over the neighborhood’s median was simply amazing. NorthJersey.com contacted me to feature this sale, as it was the highest selling home in Passaic County for June of 2025.
